What are some things I might purchase that would be 10% off?
The 10% off applies to ALL services throughout the year. Some common purchases might be filters for your HVAC system, a hot water heater service call or installation, electrical outlets that need replaced, solar panels to be installed, a stand-by home generator service call, etc.
How much does a service call normally cost?
A service call can range from a diagnostic fee (starting at $89.95) and can go up to an HVAC compressor changeout (ranging from $1800-$5000+). You will receive AT LEAST 10% OFF, with diagnostic fees receiving a $20 discount.
What are some examples of local charities you can give too?
We began the charity donation of $2.50/month per VIP monthly membership, in 2022. Thus far, we have donated to Humane Society of Johnson County, Wounded Warrior Project, Riley Hospital for Children, Resources of Hope.
What comes with the spring and fall VIP visits?
Your air conditioner or heat pump will be checked for safety and cleaned professionally, typically during the spring time (although it can be done any time of the year, if it's at least 50 degrees outside). Your indoor gas furnace or electric heat pump will be checked for safety and cleaned professionally, typically dur the fall time (but can be done any time of the year).
What does the diagnostic fee cover?
The diagnostic fee is the cost for our technician to arrive to your home or business, with the proper tools and knowledge to diagnose your unit. This will cover the first 20 minutes of your visit.
What does "check & clean" mean?
The "clean and check" references the process stated above, also known as spring and fall VIP visits.
