COVID-19 Update


TO: All Beeson Mechanical Service Customers

In light of the recent COVID-19 virus outbreak that has entered the United States and required many changes within our daily lives, Beeson Mechanical Service is also making necessary changes. Since we are considered an “essential” business, as confirmed by local government and the US Dept of Homeland Security, we intend to keep our doors open during this difficult and atypical season. The health and safety of our customers, employees, and anyone else we come in contact with is our top priority. We are putting many safety measures in place to help protect all:

  • When scheduling calls at a customer’s home, we will verify if anyone is sick or has traveled outside the US within the last 21 days.
  • Masks and gloves will be available to all employees if they would like to wear them at a customer’s home, and at a customer’s request.
  • Extra cleaning will be implemented at the office, including disinfecting all door handles, light switches, and other high-use surfaces daily.
  • Extra cleaning will be implemented in all vehicles, including doors handles, steering wheels, and other high-use surfaces daily.
  • All employees will have their temperature taken each morning, before beginning the shift.
  • Walk-in customers/vendors will be allowed in the office, but must be 6 feet apart.

Additionally, to protect our business, all customers will be required to sign a waiver before an employee is allowed to enter the home/office, taking into account the possibility that they may end up with the virus at some point in the future.
